How does payment work?

By default, payment in BRL via monthly invoice. On Growth and Enterprise plans we can receive in CNB with auto-conversion. User rewards always go out as CNB on-chain.

How long until the mission goes live?

From approved briefing to live mission: 7–14 days. Depends on mechanic complexity and compliance review.

What metrics do I receive?

Dashboard with completion rate, sessions, demographic profile of completers, unit cost, and on-chain proof of rewards paid. Consolidated report at the end of each cycle.

Can I get category exclusivity?

On Enterprise, yes — negotiable per category and region. On Pilot and Growth, we operate non-exclusive but guarantee no competitor on the same day.

What about LGPD and compliance?

Every partnership goes through LGPD and Consumer Protection review before go-live. Minimal data collection, explicit user opt-in, region-specific contracts.

Is there a minimum contract?

Pilot is 30 days. Growth, 90 days. Enterprise, 12 months. Always with the option to upgrade between tiers during the cycle.

How do I approve the mission before it goes live?

We share a draft via Notion or Figma; you approve or request changes. It only goes live with written approval from the brand.

Who runs the partnership on my side?

Pilot and Growth are managed by the CNB team directly. Enterprise includes a dedicated Account Manager with a 4-business-hour response SLA.
